07.01.2022 Club night was a bit low on numbers but the 25 there had a great time. Kev and Paul cooked up a massive BBQ. Rolf won the raffle first time he's won anything he said. Steve Morris presented the calendar event winners. Andrew Summut scored a new state title with a 29kg kingfish on 10kg. Ashley Brandom now has an Australian and state record 12.80kg Carp on 2kg line class. The All waters Tuna/Kingfish challenge winners, Zane Niblock took out heaviest Tuna male angler 16.5k...g on 10kg. Paul Tobin won the most meritorious Tuna by a male angler with 15kg fish on 6kg. Team Justagirl, Jules took out highest point and highest tag point scoring female, the heaviest and most meritorious Tuna for female angler with 17kg on 6kg line class and also had the only kingfish entrant so cleaned that up with a NLC 2.7kg kingfish. The highest point scoring and highest tag point scoring trailer boat went to Team Justagirl, the crew involved in the challenge was skipper Tracey Tito, Jules Stanley, Kerry Duncan, Tracy Bradbrook, Janine Gin and Rosemarie Roberts. Presentation night was held recently and the perpetual thropies that we have as a club create history so Steve will review a few for us so we know what the criteria is for this season It will be great to see you all
