05.01.2022 Archie showing dad the art of Batonagge . It is a French winemaking term where the fermenting wine in the barrel is stirred with a special tool which creates more complexity in the wine. He was very confident that this particular barrel needed twenty stirs where the barrel before only needed 15. Vintage is certainly underway for 2020 and we are hoping it will be a great one.
