However the much needed and welcomed wet weather saw the Governor-General of Australias visit and bushfi...re recovery roundtable in Stanthorpe today cancelled last minute when low lying cloud prevented his aircraft from landing. Guests, local business representatives and key bushfire recovery stakeholders who had gathered at the Queensland College of Wine Tourism for the roundtable still enjoyed the morning tea and the sight of grounds green grass.
