21.01.2022 March is women's month and with violence against women on the rise, we would like to give back to our community. We are offering free self-defence workshops every Friday for the month of March at 6pm with the duration of 30 minutes at our gym in Dee Why. Donations are welcomed and 100% of it will go straight to white ribbon to help domestic violence funds and women's shelter.

05.01.2022 We understand Jiu-Jitsu is a sport of close contact, we ask for the comprehension of not only our students but everyone in the sport to do their part. Please, make sure your gi is cleaned, your nails are trimmed and wash your hands before coming on the mats, and please stay home if you are not well. This should be common practice already. Together we are stronger than this virus, we are so happy and grateful to see our students sticking together, we thank you for all your efforts to keep coming to training and keeping yourself as germ free as possible during this time.
