13.01.2022 One day on our way to church, my then 7-year-old daughter, Kyah, asked me, Does God think boys are more important than girls, because all we ever learn about in church are boys? Her question ran through my head and my heart for several days. I could not shake the feeling that there was something I was supposed to do to answer her question. I began to search for books about women in the Bible, but I primarily found books related to princesses or that featured primarily Cauc...asian images. It was important to me to ensure these women of the Bible were portrayed accurately as female heroes, not as princesses, and that girls of all ethnicities would see themselves in the images. Over the next few weeks, I began to teach Kyah stories from the Bible about girls who trusted God and did amazing things in their lives because of their faith. We called them SHEroes (girls who are heroes). I initially self-published the Old Testament edition and sold more than 1,000 copies on my own. My NEW book, which now includes Old and New Testament SHEroes, was recently picked up by Morgan James Publishing and will be shared with children around the world! It is imperative that every child knows that God uses all people boys, girls, men, and women of all ethnicities to demonstrate His power and love here on earth not just in history, but today! What Makes This Book Unique? This book is filled with heroic WOMEN from the Bible! Many people have never heard of these dynamic world-changing SHEroes. The Bible is clear that God can make a hero out of anyone that chooses to trust God and push past their fear, no matter the cost. In this book, every woman portrayed is unique and demonstrates heroism differently. Some are warriors on a battlefield while others demonstrate fearless faith, sacrificial love and limitless compassion. Each story includes engaging and EMPOWERING discussion questions! Through each discussion question, children are encouraged to not only engage in self-reflection but to act! SHEroes of the Bible challenges kids to personally engage with their family, friends and community by putting their faith into action. What is Included in This Book? This brilliantly illustrated children’s PAPERBACK book is approximately 140 pages and contains 20 stories of 26 women from the Bible who became SHEroes when they trusted God and were moved to action. 10.01.2022 There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men. The angel said to the women, Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Matthew 28:2-6 Amen! He is risen!!!

09.01.2022 Two other men, both criminals, were also led out with him to be executed. When they came to the place called the Skull, they crucified him there, along with the criminalsone on his right, the other on his left. Jesus said, Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.And they divided up his clothes by casting lots. The people stood watching, and the rulers even sneered at him. They said, He saved others; let him save himself if he is God’s Messiah, the... Chosen One. The soldiers also came up and mocked him. They offered him wine vinegar and said, If you are the king of the Jews, save yourself. There was a written notice above him, which read: this is the king of the jews. One of the criminals who hung there hurled insults at him: Aren’t you the Messiah? Save yourself and us! But the other criminal rebuked him. Don’t you fear God, he said, since you are under the same sentence? We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong. Then he said, Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom. Jesus answered him, Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise. 24: Luke 32-43 Amen! Because of Jesus death on the cross WE are saved!! Praise the Lord. Happy Sabbath

These podcasts have given me a closer connection with God. I feel I have my own connection with God now instead of being a Christian on autopilot and living off my parents and siblings relationship with Jesus. These podcasts have also helped me through some tough times of bullies at school, self-doubt and have helped me to become a better Christian.
