22.01.2022 I'm not working for any bank and I doubt many banks will be reading my comments, however when I read media comments about banks not being trustworthy, I feel duty bound to inform my 105 followers on LinkedIn and Facebook readers and other readers who might have fallen for the media circus conclusions, there is always another side to every allegation. I once processed housing & commercial applications and some applications were fraudulent assisted by accountants recreating... a second set of accounts and they were rejected. I saved my employer lots of money & stress. Let's look at the statistics if I had them. How many people complained as a percentage of all borrowers who have borrowed money from a bank?. Less than .001% How many borrowers are now complaining the value of their house or other property is now worth 100 times more over last 50 years? Nil How many depositors lost their money in an Australian bank over last 100 years? Nil Are banks lending more or less money now on housing & business loans after the RC ? Less. Why? RC, APRA & ASIC Is that good? No Why do we have a credit squeeze now with low interest rates? I blame APRA & RC poor counsel questioning and the click bait media blame the banks. Is Money in Banks still safe today? YES Why you all still complaining ? Just think carefully on how you lost money last?

Now I kn...ow many agents won't be too happy about me doing this but no one else will do it so I'm going to do it. Well, I technically already have started by giving my opinion on a commercial property with a bank tenant. I'm not a real estate agent, or a property adviser but I have been involved in property conveyancing, lending and buying real estate so I do have opinions which I believe are worth considering and asking your advisers and legal professionals. 15.01.2022 One of my roles at Public Trustees was searching for Missing People & Hidden Assets. I became rather good at finding assets & also finding people to deliver them some very good news most of the time. Later on in my career, I was able to apply those skills very effectively for a whole range of other requirements. One of my jobs as a Licensed Private Investigator was checking the colourful history of a Melbourne woman who was about to marry a $multi billionaire. He married her..., he later died mysteriously but the coroner had an explanation. Lots of businesses which have since gone broke could have used my skills to advise them what some of their staff were doing instead of selling their products in shopping centres. When everyone in business (ZIGS) believing that digital media will solve all their leads and sales acquisition problems, it means those who will (ZAG) using my techniques may do a great deal better by taking the cream many businesses are now missing out on. Peter Switzer in today's article, referred to "China’s solid economic growth story: Draconian lockdown measures to control the virus combined with some government stimulus appeared to have worked well. -compliments of a disapproving federal treasurer who can see his deficit blowing out. The difference in Victoria is that the lockdown was not managed as in China which is more experienced at contro...lling borders whereas Union demarcation issues, police command not wanting to get into the security business & inexperience in border control meant it forgot about all the ways anyone can get into Victoria. An American trained economist working in the Victorian State Treasury resigned recently giving spurious reasons that he could no longer work for the Victorian totalitarian regime were all over the top conspiratorial reasons otherwise he would have been in jail for inciting civil disobedience and causing psychological harm for calling everyone sheep for following Health Department guidelines. 03.01.2022 SCRAP the FRINGE BENEFITS TAX , so businesses can take customers out to lunch and dinner without being taxed for doing so. Id suggest scrapping the tax will earn the states more GST revenues than fringe benefits tax revenues. The Federal government should pay the States the equivalent they currently charge employers as a penalty PAYROLL tax for employing too many people. Employers may employ more workers in their businesses. The penalty wages approved by FairWork is now use...less given that restaurants are closing down faster than running water especially when some politicians started to castigate all employers for wages underpayments by only a few large employers. The wages underpayment risk sent many retailers into administration like a pandemic due to the excessive state & federal government taxation and proposed increase in the Superannuation Levy must have also played its part. Politicians naming and shaming employers has not helped businesses keep their doors open. The Yarra Valley offers great entertainment opportunities at 200 wineries & Chocolaterie in Yarra Glen well worth the visit now. Take your customers out to dinner at your favourite restaurants.
