04.01.2022 Exciting News! All three of our Accredited Specialists in Family Law Michelle Gillard, Ashley Stevens and Luke Shearston were today appointed to the Legal Aid Panel of Independent Childrens Lawyers. To be appointed as an Independent Childrens Lawyer you need years of experience working as a family lawyer, complete further studies and training. We are all looking forward to representing children and we will do this work alongside our private practice of representing clients in family law matters.

03.01.2022 The Family Court and Federal Circuit Courts continue to operate and parents are encourage to make sensible and safe arrangements for children.
