23.01.2022 National Reconciliation Week (NRW) is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia. Valley Hearts works together with all people committed to reconciliation in the past towards a more just, equitable and fully reconciled country. Reconciliation must live in the hearts, minds and actions of all Australians as we move forward, creating a nation str...engthened by respectful relationships between the wider Australian community, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We respect and honour Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on this land and commit to building a brighter future together. #NRW2020 #InThisTogether2020

14.01.2022 #Repost @the_hidden_and_homeless (@get_repost) In our next post we are honoured to introduce you to Valley Hearts Brisbane @valleyheartsbne Valley Hearts Brisbane is a not-for-profit organisation which works hard to not just provide a service to the community, but also to become part of the community by bringing people together through meals. ...
