BLACK GARLIC BUTTER has become an essential in our kitchen. We've tried it many ways including; on a thick slice of crusty bread, spread on toast under a poached egg, on crispbread or crackers, melted on hot corn on the cob, jacket potatoes and steamed beans and last but not least, on a tender, juicy steak. Tomorrow from 9 am - 12pm, Gilmore Valley Garlic will be at Corryong for the Upper Murray Farmers Market then off to Wagga to Markets by the Lake Lake Albert for the Christmas Night Market from 4pm - 8pm. Our new season, fresh garlic will be available along with all our tasty salts, unique black garlic and Christmas gift packs too! ... For our local customers, unfortunately with no markets in Tumut at this time, our products are available at the beautiful Tumut's Pie in the Sky Bakery & Born and Bread Bakery in Tumut, Batlow Bakery and Tumbarumba Visitor Information Centre. Firstly, for sometime now, we have been painstakingly working on building a website, which we have now finally launched! Our salt range and black garlic is now available Australia wide and of course for our local supporters, products are still available at Pie in the Sky in Tumut and Thairapy 33 in Batlow. With very limited IT skills, the webpage could still have some teething problems, so we kindly ask t...hat you please be patient as we navigate our way into the online market. You can view the webpage at; gilmorevalleygrove.com Secondly, we have had a very busy autumn. Following the preparation and planting of this seasons garlic, we had our very first olive harvest! Packaging is still be arranged for retail sale and as soon as its on the shelf, we will of course, let you know. We are also very proud to say, after lab testing, we have the Extra Virgin stamp for our oil! Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the highest grade of virgin olive oil and contains the highest levels of antioxidants. We hope everyone is having a fun long weekend. Stay safe (and warm). GVG.

In between pruning olive trees and harvesting garlic, we were lucky enough to have Australian Geographic magazine visit us for a few photos and an interview. Looking forward to being able to supply our loyal locals with some new season, chemical free garlic!!
