22.01.2022 This Saturday morning Going to do a 2hr hike, leaving 6.30am Parking at Audley and hiking to Winifred Falls and back. Everyone welcome, its not a race but it is an intermediate hike cost is a $10 donation which will be donated to the south coast fires xx

15.01.2022 Everyone who is doing Coastal Classic or on the wait list we have 14 weekends to build our runs up. Those doing the adventure race this weekend that is the start for you, those not, make sure you do an hour easy to start.

13.01.2022 As I posted before I have organized a hike on Saturday morning at 6.30 for 2hrs, Emma has offered to meet at 6.30 also and walk Lady Carington for 1hr easy and have a coffee for anyone who is not up for 2hrs and would like to come down and still have a walk and donate xx

12.01.2022 Had the great job of donating our money raised from our hike. We donated to South Coast Wires looking after injured and burnt wildlife. We also got them 2 dryers. Great job everyone

08.01.2022 Anyone wishing to walk/ hike in a safe environment, be outdoors, explore our backyard, need a little motivation and be part of a fun and supportive group, this ...is for you. Every Monday and Wednesday morning at 9.30am we will head out for 1hr. Starting tomorrow at 9.30am the next few weeks we will meet at the end of Bottle Forest Rd. Each few weeks we will change location. 05.01.2022 Gingerbreads walking group will start up on Monday February 3rd, next Monday. It will be Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9.30am. It will be in School terms, not school holidays. Walks will be an hour duration and from different points each week. More details to follow. If you are keen and ready to walk/hike join the gingerbread runners closed group.

05.01.2022 We have been operating the past couple of months with everyone booking a time spot and running in groups of 2 from Sutherland athletics and bike track. Now we can have a group of 10 and you book your spot. We have been having some fun in groups of 2 every second weekend too. Have also been exploring the bush myself with my kids. Keep fit and health, I know its hard with what we are dealing with but you will benefit by exercise and fresh air.

03.01.2022 Saturday morning we will meet at 7.30am and will be back by 9am Park at the end of Warabin Street, Waterfall, please not to noisy as people live there. There is both a walking group and running group.

02.01.2022 What a great weekend at Glow Worms Trail Run

02.01.2022 Saturday 25th January will be our first 2hr weekend group hike. We will call ourselves the Gingerbread Walkers. This group will be open to everyone who would like to come. Its a non competitive group and we will regroup during the hike. It will be $15 for the 2hrs. We will meet at audley sheds for 6.30am.
