25.01.2022 A great old bloke and some amazing "stuff" at last some good news in these depressing times!

25.01.2022 It was great to visit Gippsland Vehicle Collection today in Maffra and tour the latest exhibition Maffra Moments. All cars in this exhibition were donated by ...locals in the area. The museum is open over the school holidays and boasts a massive toy car collection that the kids will love. This exhibition will be on show until November and the next collection to display racing vehicles. Thanks to the 800 strong volunteers who dedicate their time to museum. See more

20.01.2022 Club Plate Renewal Process If any member intends to renew their Club Permit electronically through their personal Vic Roads account or through the use of the new endorsement form, it must be signed by Graham Gunning. No other signature is recognized by this computer process. If a member submits their renewal electronically without Grahams signature it will fail the process & create unnecessary follow up work for that member & our GVC club plate staff. It is our reco...mmendation that, where possible, our members follow the renewal process as has been instructed by GVC (i.e. - post the original renewal notice, a stamped self-addressed return envelope & $10) to GVC at PO Box 806 Maffra 3860. Upon receipt of your signed permit, attend a local Vic Roads office to finish the process in person. If this is not possible, we will still honour those members renewal for electronic submission. Enquires can be directed to Graham Gunning on 0409667096 See more

11.01.2022 Socially responsible, socially safe - From Monday 3rd August GVC will be complying with Victorian Government guidelines (Rules) regarding wearing masks, and we ask that our visitors respect these guidelines whilst visiting the Museum. You may not agree, you may have a different opinion, however we ask that you respect the well-being of our staff and other visitors whilst at our premises and adhere to guidelines unless you meet the exemption criteria. Pictured are some examples of masks that dont meet the necessary standard, unless of course you are Michelle Pfeiffer or Halle Berry!
