25.01.2022 As you may be aware, my new business is opening tomorrow. It has taken an intense effort by many people to get here and I would like to name them here. Apart fr...om the raw benchtops, I have exclusively used Leongatha trades in this journey. S.G. Hire for the jack hammer and concrete grinder. Paint Place for the concrete sealer. Carpet Court for Gabbys assistance with the feature wall. A. W. Smiths for too much to mention. Heaps. Mitre 10 for the display benches and assorted other stuff. Hickey Electrix. Jess was very patient with numerous changes. D&S Hickey Gardner Electronics for the security system. Willsigns for all signage. The Paper - South Gippsland news for the news article. People often talk about Leongatha and the number of empty shops we have in town. I see we have potential. Leongatha is not a destination town, however we are a stop-over town. People stop here on their way to other places. We need to find ways to develop it to make it something people want to come here for. This is my contribution.

07.01.2022 An appropriate pic for me atm. I snapped my Achilles tendon and will be unavailable for a number of weeks. I'll do my best to assist however I can and hopefully be back on my feet as soon as I heal up. Have a great Easter and raise an Easter egg for me!

06.01.2022 It has come my attention that I haven't posted much on this page for a while. Well, that's because I've been busy with ...stuff . I now have a retail outlet for my business which is located in Leongatha. #gippslandcoffeeemporium My beautiful wife, Veronica had Central Cafe and due to circumstances closed it. So, I turned it into an Espresso bar with coffee machines for sale and everything for the home barista.... So that's been taking up my time. I'm still doing servicing and loving my work while also balancing working at the shop. I'm passionate about coffee and being able to help others get the best from their coffee equipment. I love when people listen to the 'why' behind how their equipment works so they have a better understanding of what's going on. I'm the son of a teacher and I guess some of that has worn off onto me. And then there's days like today when Gippsland just turns it on with a truly beautiful day. I love my job. It's taken me a long time to get here and I'll never go back. I am also blessed with the best wifey who supports me through everything and I love her completely. In times like we're all going through with Covid, it's good to take stock and be thankful.

06.01.2022 Im currently building an Expobar Megacrem 2 group for the Inverloch Surf Lifesaving Club. Although their business is seasonal, they expressed concern that their current machine cant keep up when they get a rush of customers. So, Ive upgraded the element in this baby. As you can see, it can make plenty of steam and doesnt miss a beat. Theyll have a completely descaled machine with new pressure stat and group handles. Coupled up with a good quality water filter, this machi...ne should keep them making coffees for many more years. And for less than half the cost of a new machine. Cant wait to install this and get them going. Looking after the community.

06.01.2022 Washed my van yesterday. It was very dirty. This morning it was clean. Then I drove 300 ish kms in the rain. Now its dirty again.
