23.01.2022 For anyone that is free today we will be down at the Hills Relay for Life all weekend with the hills youth army. So come on down and say hi and join in the fight against cancer.

12.01.2022 How is your self care going? Self care is one the most critical tools in maintaining healthy relationships. I love this artwork because it highlights how we can make a daily plan and track our own progress! You can ask yourself everyday ---"What are my intentions today?" (go for a walk at my lunch break, catch up with friends at a cafe) Then you can print it off or make your own list and reward yourself for your progress with big ticks and highlighters or even stickers!

This is for you Nothing is hopeless, we must hope for everything because Anyone can give up, its the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, thats true strength and love is the most powerful type there is!... We are here for YOU!
