25.01.2022 Replaced the sheets on this stand alone garage in Leederville for a customer whos home i replaced the gutters and fascias on a year ago

25.01.2022 Replaced these eave sheets for a customer after we replaced the gutters, fascia and 5 rafters that had been eaten out by termites

08.01.2022 The best and most effective way to combat water drainage where a patio meets the house is to put a boxed gutter in with a larger downpipe coming out the bottom of the boxed gutter. All though the patio and house have seperate gutters, they usually drain to the same place. A boxed gutter is larger then the two separate gutters and water always drains a lot quicker when your downpipes exit the bottom of the gutter (utilising the whole surface area of the downpipe) This is an example of recommended setup House gutter all replaced with BGC Steeling slotted in COLORBOND steel Classic Cream. Also replaced an eave sheet

05.01.2022 When having your Fascia replaced, please make sure that the installers go to the effort of replacing the clips too. Without new clips the job will not look as good as it should
