24.01.2022 Great to see you all tonight. First class was some partner basics up and down the Dojo. Then we worked on kata. Second class was just kata work myself and Corey. ... Was impressive to see how great you are becoming in your basics and the kata’s that you worked on.

21.01.2022 Hey all we are starting back live Monday the 22nd June. Due to the restrictions needing to be followed you can book a class either for 6:15-7pm or 7:15-8pm. While you are waiting for your class please practice social distancing outside and you can enter once we allow you to as between the classes we required the first class to leave prior to the second class students coming in. ... Parents at this time will need to just drop your child off and pick them back up once there class has finished. Please comment below as to your student’s name and which class time. Please just don’t turn up as we had to waste your time by sending you away if our class is full at that time. We will be following strict processes to be able to run these classes. If you are unwell please stay away for those weeks.

We'll train together, see some familiar faces from the Region (Sensei's and students) and have a fun time doing Karate. We'll be limiting numbers to 100 so you will need to book in. 12.01.2022 Thanks to those who attended class tonight. I’m pretty sure that social distancing wasn’t an issue due to the smaller than normal class size. Basics is what we did tonight along with some Kata. We could tell that you improved a heap during class. Let’s aim to double or triple numbers next week.

09.01.2022 Hey Appin dojo Are you still training under these crazy times of Covid-19? GKR Karate has spent hours in recording training that you can do while at home in isolation. The Online Dojo has everything from the Kata videos to combos, Kumite drills to stretching. ... What’s more when you’ve subscribed to the Online Dojo you gain access to the online classes. These Zoom classes, besides allowing you to catch up with your fellow karate friends and your Sensei’s, allows you to train and that means you don’t lose any of the skills you gained in the physical Dojo prior to the isolation. We miss you guys and girls and parents. Let us know what you are up to.

05.01.2022 Thanks everyone who came down to train last night. It’s great to see the drive and focus you have. Last night we did class plan 7 in the first class and class plan 11 in the second class. So we worked on basics to start with. Moving forward and back for pinches, strikes, and kicks. Moved on to kicks and then finally some kata. Was great to see improvements during the class as we gave you feedback. ... Your kata’s are looking great. See you all next week and hopefully a few more of the class returns.
