25.01.2022 Would you like to save money on your training fees? Our Prepaid training fee (PTF) option is the best way to save money on your training and it also provides more convenience as you do not need to find cash each class. If you (or your child) only do one class per week then the 12 Visit Pass is your best option. You receive 12 classes at $11 each (family discounts apply) and you also have unlimited time to use these passes.... If you train 2 or more times per week then the 3 or 6 month pass is the best option. These passes allow you to train in as many classes as you like! The 3 month option works out to be around $21.50 per week (family discounts apply). The 6 month option works out to be around $20 per week (family discounts apply). So if you are looking for a more convenient and affordable way to train then take advantage of the PTF. You can simply call the GKR membership support team on (08) 83680600 and they can organise over the phone, or you can simply fill in the form and pass it to your Sensei. Sens...ei Jacob is a dynamic instructor and in these upcoming seminars he will inspire you to take your kata and kumite to the next level! This class is for all ages and grade levels.

19.01.2022 I had the pleasure of watching this young man at the World Cup recently . He was in the men's open division and came second in kata . His kata was breathtakingly beautiful ! He's a second Dan , and he came very close to taking the title from the reigning Champ , a 4th Dan . That's a bit like putting an orange belt up against a black belt . His karate is incredible. Hope u enjoy his post , I did . FOCUS and BELIEF.

Robert first began training in the art of karate in 1964, and spent time training and teaching in both Japan and the USA before establishing GKR in 1984. 06.01.2022 Tournament Training Open Days On February 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th we encourage all Region 8/20 students to attend our tournament team open days. This class wil...l be Sensei Jason Knight and his coaching team. The class is designed to take your karate to the next level with a strong emphasis on kata, kumite and fitness drills related to improving both. Class is held at Hammers Gym, 244 Whitehorse Road, Nunawading. We ask all student to arrive at 3:45pm for a 4-6pm class. 02.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Welcome to our Record Breaking Week! This week is a special week where we ask all students to be involved and help do 1 of 2 things:... 1. Do the most amount of classes you have ever done in a week before, and 2. Help your Dojo have the most amount of students it has train in it for the year. For the Dojo that breaks it's record by the most then Sensei Jason will be running a special class at your dojo and for every student who does 3+ classes in a week they receive a special certificate and any student who does 5+ classes this week will receive a special trophy. Keep an eye out on this page for this weeks special classes and we hope you decide to be part of this special week!
