25.01.2022 Find your gi (is it clean?), your belt and water bottle, dust off your basics, run through your katas and come join us for the first Craigmore class of 2021

24.01.2022 Happiest of festive seasons to you and yours. I hope you are still taking 10 minutes a day to practice your basics and kata

22.01.2022 Dedicated karate-ka turning out on a warm night, working on basics, kata and combos. White belts got to practice kicking into the bag, coloured belts practiced high level combos. We welcomed Jaxson, Jensen and Miah. Don't forget to practice your dojo-kun:... Do you know your PCERBF? Pursue... Cultivate... Exercise... Refrain... Be Faithful...

22.01.2022 Thank you to all the karate-ka who have trained on Tuesdays during this crazy, crazy year. We hope you have a happy and safe festive season and are ready to crack on next year.

19.01.2022 Amazing turnout tonight, courtesy of the students from Hewett. Welcome all and special thanks to Sensei Melissa for her invaluable assistance. Congratulations to all those who successfully graded on the weekend: Liberty, Asmita, Shannon, Shylie, Isabella, Ronald and Mark (Apologies for anyone not listed). And good luck to those competing in this weekend's tournament.

19.01.2022 A big merry Christmas from Craigmore dojo. Fun class today with games and Kata followed up with the students making up their own combination. The Senseis would like to wish you all an awesome and safe holiday period. Looking forward to seeing you all back at class on Tuesday the 5th and Sunday 10th of January. Remember to practice 10 minutes a day and keep working on your stances and Kata.

14.01.2022 Strong contingent of karate-ka battling their Easter chocolate comas to work on basics, combos and kicks. Congratulations to Callum and Blake for their certificates, to Madeleine, Erin and Amir, on achieving 9th kyu and good luck to those attempting their next grades on the weekend. Thank you also to Jordan for his lovely art work. As promised, it is up on my fridge

09.01.2022 Apologies everybody, this has been sitting as draft since Tuesday night, oops!!! Amazing turnouts for both classes tonight. Everybody worked very hard on basics, combos and kata. We welcomed Vanessa, Adam, Samuel and Glenn.... Don't forget to: Pursue the highest standards of personal character!!! And practice at least 10 minutes every day

09.01.2022 Craigmore super stars First class we started off with basic drills coming forward then got partnered up to mirror the basic strikes and blocks, second half of class whites and yellow belts went through kicks then kata while higher grades worked in groups on their grade kata then finished off with advanced blocks and some stances. Second class we worked more on transitions of the hips then broke into two groups and all gave a good on hip work before we moved on to kicks then kata to finish off. Congrats to Ivan and Jess for awards today. Keep practicing 10mins a day and stay awesome and fantastic.

08.01.2022 Apologies for the delayed post. I forgot to hit save, lol. Welcome back. On a warm summer's evening, in a dojo with a seriously shiny floor, we met up with some dedicated karate-ka, and we were all very keen to dust off our Christmas cobwebs ... Welcome to the club Lily and Coral; Elias, Niki and Amir; Callum, and Malcolm. Don't forget to practise your basics and dojo kun at home. 10 minutes a day is a great start
