25.01.2022 First class of the year at Ormeau dojo had a good turn out for our small hall, hopefully a larger one will be coming our way soon. After the warm up we went through some punches and back fists followed by kicks and stances. After a combination we finished with a game of Sensei Says. Well done to everyone training, you all worked hard! Sensei Brent.

14.01.2022 It was a smaller class Friday night, but that means more time focused on who was there. After going through our back fists and elbows, we fine tuned first and second kata. After that we went through saifa.

12.01.2022 After a long recovery from my back surgery earlier last year, I finally got to a level where I could attempt my 1st Dan black belt, and I passed! Well done to everyone else who also attempted their black belt levels and passed, the Gold Coast group did awesome!

01.01.2022 Hi Students & Parents, I’d like to ask for your help this coming Saturday. At Robina Dojo we are conducting a very special class which will be lots of fun and informative. Sensei Mark McConnell and our instructor team are coming together to deliver this class.... This class is being run to help out one of our Awesome Karate Mums who is very unwell and facing a challenging battle ahead and 100% of monies raised is going to help her in this difficult times.
