20.01.2022 Dear R23 students and parents, As of tomorrow - Tuesday 17 November 2020 all GKR classes in SA will be suspended. As you may have seen, S.A Health has put indo...or sport into a two week closure which includes Karate. Please note that here at GKR, we care about our students and instructors so we fully support this decision. A text will be sent to students tomorrow morning letting them know about our classes temporarily closing and the suspension of training fees during this period. It can take up to 48 hours for payments to stop so those that have money come out tomorrow or Wednesday then they may still have a payment come out. A credit will be organised in this case. We ask that you keep an eye on your emails for official correspondence and please keep in contact with your Facebook Dojo pages for updates. See more

19.01.2022 Last night Plympton dojo explored the power of the punch and the importance of Hikite (returning hand).

19.01.2022 Plympton Tuesday Please note as of this Tuesday (September 1st) there will be a change to class times at Plympton. Class 1- 6:15-7:00pm Class 2- 7:15-8:15pm Students are welcome to attend both classes, however Class 1 will be structured for new students and lower grades/children. Class 2 will be geared towards higher grades / more experienced students.

15.01.2022 Dear GKR students and families, 2020 has been an extraordinary year, filled with many unexpected twists and turns. We thank you for your patience as our classes... closed and openedand closed again in various parts of the world. Despite the chaos, the events of this year have no doubt made us more resilient and reminded us not to take our good health for granted. Our thoughts are with those who have been adversely affected by the events of this year and we thank everyone who has been working on the frontlines providing health care or other essential services throughout the most difficult times. On behalf of everyone at GKR Karate, we would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a safe, healthy and Happy New Year. Our first day back for classes next year is January the 4th. Please check with your local dojo for reopening dates. We look forward to seeing you in 2021!
