05.01.2022 Hi everyone. Hope you're all well. Since online training began I've naturally been taking advantage of all the sessions: some are fun, some are challenging, all are enlightening. Alongside these sessions I've also been doing my own training. The dog has never been on as many walks (including one of 15km), 100 sumo squats per day, 100 crunches most days and I take out my boredom on the brick wall outside as often as I can.... Over the passed week I've incorporated full examples of a black belt grading performing 24 of each combination and 5x each of the black belt kata. Today I set a new milestone. Only 4 breaks in the 2hrs. What have you been doing for your fitness? Care to join me on any challenge?
