23.01.2022 BUSHFIRE APPEAL We are teaming up with Halo Hair Studio to do our little bit to help people who have lost everything in these devastating fires that continue to burn Australia wide. With bushfires burning from North of Sydney to South of the Victorian boarder and a state of emergency being declared in Victoria.... Halo and the Lash and Brow Room will be having collection jars in both salons and for every dollar pledged, we will match money raised! Every cent counts and all money will be donated to the Salvation Army Fire Appeal

07.01.2022 Where do I even start. As of midnight Wednesday 25th March the Australian Government has ordered us to close. A necessary step in helping flatten the curve. We are in a incomprehensible situation.... To our clients please stick with us through this time. We know you will all be desperate for brows and lashes and we will work really hard to be there for you on the other side. To all our clients with future booking please allow us time to process this situation. We will be in touch. Our clients booked in for Wednesday 25th. You are the lucky last.... for now. We will see you tomorrow and if you can’t make it please let us know as I’ve had lots of messages from ladies wanting your spot. To Erina and Olivia. I love you girls. You are my family and we will stick together. I promise to do my best to keep our sanctuary safe and you will be fostering plants to take care off until we open again. I’m hugging my babies tomorrow morning and I’m going to look for the positives and use this time to enjoy with my family and to soak up the downtime. 04.01.2022 At the Lash and Brow Room we always hold health and safety in the highest regard. Now more then ever please rest assured we are doing everything to keep our clients, our team safe and our work environment sanitised. We are cooperating with advice from the Australian Government and World Health Organisation. We are washing our hands with hospital grade soap for 30 seconds before and after every client, after handling money and many more times in between.... Our equipment, tools and surfaces including door handles, Eftpos machine and computer are cleaned with hospital grade sanitizer or anti bacterial wipes. We ask that if you feel unwell, someone close to you feels unwell please call to reschedule. If you, someone in your home or a close friend has been overseas please reschedule your appointment for 14 days time from the date of arrival. If we feel uncomfortable performing a treatment please respect our right to reschedule your appointment. We don’t want to fall ill and not be able to work or make our loved ones sick including our most vulnerable. We will honour any deposits paid if your appointment is rescheduled due to illness during this time. We hope that all this passes quickly and business will be back to usual before we know but in the meantime we sincerely thank you for your co operation and understanding.
