16.01.2022 I’m so grateful I know how to meditate and when to use it. A few days ago I noticed my level of anxiety escalating really high due to personal issues. I felt like putting my head in a bucket with ice just to cool my mind down. But instead, I just sat there on the floor, told the kids I needed to meditate, and closed my eyes . I breathed until I felt better. My need to meditate this week has increased . It still amazes me what a strong tool we have. Just to find a spot to sit, close our eyes, and breathe.

07.01.2022 We made it! Last day of 2020. What a challenging year it was! And what a beautiful time to appreciate those around us. Thank you to all those students who turned up to private classes, group classes, and zoom classes. It has been a blessing to practice with you, observe your practice and your changes.Thank you for trusting me and allowing yourself to be vulnerable during a yoga practice. I look forward to sharing much more in 2021 at the new address. Yes! We are moving! The year starts with big changes to remind us to be flexible. See you soon
