Ps: pic is of our latest arrival ‘stargazer’. We may be slightly biased but we think she is the epitome of beauty.

24.01.2022 REMEMBERING THE ANZACS || Life for soldiers during the war was hard, and tent life definitely didnt have the luxuries of todays Glamping. The canvas Bell Tent is massively entrenched in the history of Australia since World War 1, providing accommodation for the ANZACS across Europe and Gallipoli. Study photographs of Gallipoli and you will see canvas Bell Tents or the Sibley Tents perched on hillsides, in large village and camp settlements. Many soldiers calling these te...nts home for months on end even during the winter months. LEST WE FORGET https://www.belltent.com.au/anzacs-history-belltents/

24.01.2022 MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! No, were not on an island in the Whitsundays, but if youre looking for us over the next few days we might be just down the road. So... what are you waiting for Come join us! Fun fact: out of thousands of nominations, Boat Harbour Beach was recently voted the 9th best beach in the whole of AUSTRALIA - we may be biased but whats not to love #boatharbourbeach #summerholidays #discovertasmania #wedshedvenue #shedwedding #beachwedding See more

23.01.2022 Its summer in Tasmania. And in true Tassie form were enduring sideways rain, gale force winds and snow to 500 metres. Then a moment like this occurs and we remember why our little part of the world is so special. #hellosummer #thealienshavelanded

23.01.2022 Sometimes I feel like maybe I am having a 1/3 life crisis when I am travelling all across Tasmania photographing beautiful people, but then I remember, just bec...ause I choose to leave my 2 boys home with their dad, who is more than capable of being the solo parent for the weekend, I am having beautiful moments driving across the Great Lakes opening my eyes to the world so close to me, seeing things I have never seen and ending up in location I have never be too and to the meet and photograph people whom Ive only spoken to over the phone or email and then to end up at a gorgeous, yet remote location and to find myself all alone for miles and miles in Boat Harbour enjoying some ME time, and its ok!! #glamping #windingdown #yetworking #love #sandridgeestate See more

19.01.2022 ah, the peace and serenity! Not to mention that king sized bed, the warm and cosy fire and your very own private sun deck and dont forget the outdoor bath ! Our Bridezilla tent sure lives up to its name (minus the angry brides, because...... well they are a rare species up our way). Photo cred Alison Cosker - Photographer

03.01.2022 Bath-noun A place to wash worries away. Serenity.

02.01.2022 CALLING ALL TWITCHERS- Sandridge is home to many different species of birds, some in a plenty and some like the wedged tailed eagle which is a delightful yet rare sighting. The last formal estimates of wedge-tailed eagle population size - at fewer than 1000 birds - were many years ago, and based on inference from quite limited information. Since then, there have been lots of efforts to reduce the impact of human activities on these birds, but we dont know if theyre working. The BookEnds Trust is inviting as many people as possible across Tasmania to join them in finding out, by spending a day out with your eyes to the sky on Friday 25th, Saturday 26th &/or Sunday 27th May. So book a tent, pack your walking boots and binoculars and keep your eyes on the skies ! Come for a night or 2 and help us survey sandridges 500 acres.

02.01.2022 Not being biased, but it looks like theres a pretty glamp-tabulous prize going at the Mallee Grill.
