20.01.2022 Yesterday was Charlie’s 50th women’s game! Charlie is an amazing defender with the best block tackle in the club! Even when she’s not on the field she is still helping out at club sausage sizzles and doing lots of behind the scenes work. So proud to have her in the #glebefamily !

18.01.2022 Congratulations to Aleks ‘Mouse’ Manou who plays his 300th Mens game for Glebe this Saturday at Cintra. Mouse has been a Glebe junior from under 11s and has won many junior premierships with the club. Mouse is a highly skilled player who has represented NSW in both indoor and outdoor. Congratulations @mrmousey !!

05.01.2022 It is with great sadness that we advise Club members and supporters of the sudden and unexpected passing of Madeline Dell on 23rd September 2020. Maddy played and managed our Women’s 5th Grade team in 2020 . Maddy is the daughter of Glebe Junior and former Senior player Kieran Dell and the granddaughter of ... Warren Dell ( deceased ) former Club Junior Convenor . The Glebe Hockey Club was a large part of Maddy’s life having played in the U/11s from the age of 7 before moving to the country in 2000 and then rejoining the Club when she moved back to Sydney attending University. Maddy played over 100 Club games and honour she shared with her father Kieran . Some words from Maddy’s father Kieran Dell I would like to thank the Club for all it did for Maddy over the years and especially allowing the family to use the Clubhouse for Maddy’s wake on Friday as we farewelled her as Jubilee Oval was an important place for us both . And also to her club mates for attending on Friday and the beautiful plum tree with lovely notes from Maddy’s friends that we will treasure and plant in her honour . RIP Madeline

01.01.2022 3rd grade through to the Grand Final as they win 3-2 in 7v7 drop offs. 4th Grade finish the competition in 2nd place, losing in 1v1 shootouts after finishing 1-1 with Ryde at full time, and playing through 9v9 and 7v7 drop offs. #glebehockey
