21.01.2022 Glen Park flock rams for the Mount Gipps sale to be held on Friday 20th September at Mount Gipps, via Broken Hill. Attached is the catalogue featuring Red Rock, Australis, Swamp Road, Genelink, Bunnerungie and Glen Park Rams. Glen park will have 5 Dorper rams in the sale. The Glen Park Whites are all Ultra White Composites and one Pure Ultra White. All of the Glen Park rams are yet to see green feed in their life.

11.01.2022 On a dusty blustery day all thanks go to John and Kim Cramp for hosting their final ram sale as owners of Mount Gipps Station. The time and effort each year that they have put into the day has been amazing and very much appreciated. They sure went out with a show from Mother Nature. Thankfully the new owners Richard and Samantha Maiden have agreed to continue the tradition. Kudos to the Landmark team of Seagull, Tom Bart and Jodi and all their helpers, who under very trying c...onditions had full confidence that the sale would go ahead. Glen Park would like to thank all bidders and under-bidders for their support on the day. We were pleased to sell all 15 Ultra White composite rams to a top of $1420, to average $814. Unfortunately 5 Dorpers failed to sell. Still a great result, considering the season.

03.01.2022 DUST, DIRT AND RAMS The winds were up and the dust was blowing but organisers of the Mount Gipps Station Dorper Ram sale say it went well considering the da...y and the tough conditions graziers are facing at the moment. The annual sale was not held last year because tough drought conditions meant graziers were not in a position to buy more stock. Livestock agent Geoff Hodgins says a sale rate of 66%, with 64 out of 97 rams sold, shows there’s still a demand despite the ongoing drought. You can only go for so long without having rams. You need rams to get lambs on the ground. ABC Rural ABC Landline
