The Glencoe Football Club wishes to express their deepest condolences to Deanna, David, Stephen, Helen, Giaan and Daniel on the passing of Ian Ferguson. . ‘Old Ferg’ is a Life Member of our Club and has done it all for us, being Treasurer, a long time Committee Member, an accomplished player, and a volunteer in almost every capacity possible. A lifelong supporter, we will miss seeing him at every match. ... . We thank you Old Ferg for your lifetime of support of our Club and for your invaluable contributions. 13.01.2022 VALE MAX GUERIN . The Glencoe Football Club is saddened to announce the passing of another life member in Max Guerin and sends their deepest condolences to his wife Heather and their family. . Max was our longest serving living life member at the time of his death. He was a multiple premiership player, a two-time A Grade Best & Fairest Winner, a long serving committee member and a lifelong supporter of our Club.... . Max passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, at 92 years of age. . We sincerely thank Max for having served our Club so well, while most of us weren’t around to see it, Max was certainly one of the greats. May he now Rest In Peace. . Max’s funeral is to be conducted by private service. See more
