25.01.2022 Such a wonderful sight to see the Bell weirs full while having an afternoon stroll

25.01.2022 We have had 157mm over the last two weeks and I cannot believe the transformation going from the worst drought in history to finally see some lush green lawn. My garden is certainly loving it.

25.01.2022 We renovated Art's Hut in 2016 which has been a great place for family and friends to stay. On New Year's Eve 2020, I decided I was going to put the cottage on Airbnb to generate some off farm income after going through one of the worst droughts in history. So New Year's day was spent cleaning, taking photos and setting up the Airbnb site.

21.01.2022 Festoon falls at the Bunya Mountains is flowing after the beautiful rain.

20.01.2022 Art’s hut is ready for our new guests arriving today. We now have a TV and a slightly bigger bar fridge. Fresh fruit is always part of the continental breakfast menu, including yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, toast and condiments. We look forward to meeting our new guests.

05.01.2022 We went for a walk last Sunday to the Bunya Mountains after 100mm of rain. It was so lovely to walk with moisture under our feet and see the waterfalls trickling after being so dry for so long. Even the wildlife were enjoying the recent rain.

02.01.2022 We tested our rain jackets & hiking boots today at the Bunya Mountains in the drizzling rain. We had a great walk from Paradise falls to Westcott & back which highlighted a view at the end of Koondi road. In preparation for our big walk in the UK.
