23.01.2022 What do you put in your roast chook seasoning? We keep it simple but fresh garden herbs are a must!! Entree is done Main is prepped and dessert is half way there!! ... We like to do as much prep before the big day so as to allow ourselves less time in the kitchen and more time with our loved ones!!

20.01.2022 Check out the size of this spud that Mr Gourmet just dug up out of the veggie garden for tonight’s salmon rissoles (a Good Friday tradition in our house). 1.160kg!!! Needless to say we didn’t need much more potato then this one! Have you got any giant veggies growing at your place?

Even one of the grand kids thought so, till we caught him. He thought the chocolate balls were great! He should sleep well now. Because of your loyalty and the power of word of mouth and social media we have picked up our first corporate order for 450 Christmas cakes for their staff Christmas hampers. Because of this slightly larger than normal order we strongly encourage you all to contact us with your orders ASAP as we will be capping orders sooner than we first expected.
