I'll be teaching people the importance of growing your own food.. not only will you save 1000x what you pay in the supermarket.. you will feel happier and healthier and wiser... its time we stopped buying our garlic from Mexico and pull our garlic up from our backyard...

18.01.2022 Giving some love to the old truck with some detailing and a wash. Regency inspection tomo... wish me luck.. seatbelts, Reflectors, and a couple small things that take a lot of time to do... I don't think it can be faulted mechanically... its built back in the day to take a beating... the brakes are incredible.. all the lights and wiring is perfect... as my mate Harry would say... "She's Mint Mate".... Wait till she's painted next winter... she already turns heads... starts conversations... and puts smiles on faces... the only things missing is SA REGO PLATES

17.01.2022 I got some greenspace for some headspace this evening and watched the sunset at home... only a short walk from my kitchen I sat on this hill top... Spent some time thinking about how I should react to the news of my Bedford being defected... I've decided to park my truck up in the shed and take some time out and reset the sails in a new direction soon... ... Sometimes when you shoot for the stars you need to be prepared for the heavy crash when you hit the ground when you return... Its a real shame but I can't afford to get my truck fixed... So she's a farm truck now... I got some ideas in a direction I want to go... a more sustainable financially and environmentally future.. I started with nothing but my hands pulling weeds out... I have the skills and the mentality to start over.. pick myself up off the ground.. put my hands in the compost and start growing again...

16.01.2022 Today's truck inspection day... I've worked my guts out to get this truck... I've never seen anything like this. Fell in love with it at first sight... its unique a lot like me.. I've put blood sweat n tears into my first truck.. My gut instinct tells me I have done everything humanly possible to get this truck ready for change of plates to SA... leaving it in fates hands from all the many different opinions of truckies who have made me shit my pants worrying about this day... I'm going with a no fear optimistic attitude... that attitude got me where I am today so ill stick with my game plan she clean enough???

12.01.2022 Sometimes we need to sit back and look at what's really important.. when is enough... enough? And how much is too much? I'm shifting in a new direction where happiness, abundant food forests and education on how to grow food from seed is my focus and priority..

11.01.2022 I needed a problem solved... I went to the right people... Bedford's going to regency Thursday so there some prep work being done atm... Jeremy and his team at J W Lawrence Auto Electrical in Andrew st city solved all my light issues and I am so stoked I went in... This is where I'll take all my trucks for their electrics... they have experience and knowledge and skills when it comes to old trucks.. Thankyou Jeremy.. I really appreciate you and your crew 5 sunflower review for you guys

01.01.2022 And the result after the truck went through the regency inspection car wash.... I had to find a bigger truck than mine to take my Bedford away as she can't be driven on the rd (for now).. got a lil sticker on the windscreen... I got where I am today with hard work, resilience optimism and family and friends support... and I never quit... I may get a punch in the guts every now and then... But it only gives you a 6 pack and makes you stronger the more it happens... I told ...Rob today that some how I enjoy it if something goes wrong... Grit and resilience gets you places you can't get anywhere without hitting the fan... Just wipe it off your face and chase those dreams down like a lion I started out with nothing pulling weeds out with my bare hands for my mums friends... This is only the beginning of my journey #BedfordHadABadDay
