Please check your junk/spam folder if it hasn't gone to your inbox, and if you are still unable to locate it please contact us before the due date. If you require more time to pay then please contact us immediately to negotiate a Payment Plan.

23.01.2022 Invoices issued on 28th January were due by 18th February. Please pay your invoice now or contact us to arrange a Payment Plan if you require more time to pay and want to avoid receiving late notices and administration fees.

23.01.2022 The CFS were training in the estate tonight and checking the hydrants. If you notice any change in the water then please run your garden tap for a minute or two to clear the pipes of air and/or dirty water. If this doesn't resolve the issue then please feel welcome to contact us.

21.01.2022 The AGM has been rescheduled to Tuesday 18th September 2018 7pm-9pm at Meadows Bowling Club, Kondoparinga Road Meaodows due to illness. No written nominations or RSVP's to attend have been received to date which is rather disappointing. If we don't keep the ball in the air then we may be left high and dry until the DCMB decides if they want to deal with it or not! ... Even if you don't have any interest in the committee then just come along to make up the numbers and have a chinwag! I know it's not the most thrilling night out on your calendar but you'll be doing our community a service which should give you the warm fuzzies Regards, Chairperson

14.01.2022 COMMUNITY MESSAGE Twice in recent weeks two separate cars in my drive way on Michelmore Drive have been vandalised. I suspect these may be targeted incidences of vandalism however in the event that we have a vigilante going around driving nails into car tyres for the fun of it I ask that you please report any incidences of vandalism to the police and keep an eye out for any suspicious behaviour, particularly around cars and driveways. If my immediate neighbours could please contact me asap if you saw anyone coming or going from my driveway on Tuesday evening that would be very much appreciated by myself and the police.

Could residents in the vicinity of 38 - 40 Michelmore Dr and 8 - 10 Sutton Crt please keep a look out for a child's black and orange toy drone with 3 legs that went down near trees in the area this morning. If found please comment here or contact GMCW to arrange collection. Thank you.

05.01.2022 It was seasonally sloshy on my walk down to the pump shed tonight, and I probably should've gone a bit better prepared, to reset the pump control equipment following SAPN's maintenance today. Too easy!
