25.01.2022 So far this year has been very busy , brickys are in real demand .prices are under pressure to rise. Ballarat is a hive of activity, because its a great place to live! Which means property is a safe investment..ln Ballarat there is still cheap houses in the old suberbs close to the cbd.With some work these old cottages will come up atreat, dont worrey if its not brick because wetherboards are easy to straiten up lift and even move.

19.01.2022 Had a fantastic 2017.Had a good work/life balance, sucessfully completeing many building projects! Culminating with a trip to India, to see some of the many achitectural marvels, visited brick kilns with camelcarts takeing swashsticered bricks to building sites.This year has already seen double and tripple garages and 2unitits..ha ha I mean units completed and my 60th birthdays going to be in Thialnd soon . Thanks to all my client/freinds for your many years of support.Still more years bricklaying in this old guy yet!

I started my own exerciese prgram before work, 5to 10 mins , in my mid 20s.because of numerouse visirs to the chiro.As as a result the next visit at least 15 yrs later .l also started ameditation program alongside of the exersizes 5to 10 min depend ing onlate for work. Still in the trade at 60 reletively pain free and aiming for50 yrs inthe trade at65.So tradies look after the mind and body, for the long haul.
