If you would like to change a habit or do some stress management then please PM me. l am NOT up to Quit Smoking or Weight Loss yet. Or you may have another habit write to me anyway and lets see if we can work together. I would possibly need to see you weekly for 6 weeks. All sessions are free so no cost to you.
