16.01.2022 Following Perth’s 3-day lockdown this weekend, club training will continue this week online on Thursday, as the Cannington Leisureplex will not reopen this week. 09.01.2022 As 2020 draws to a close we thank you for your continued support and congratulate our students for another great year. The competition season was reduced by the COVID-19 restrictions, but we still managed two competitions and the WA State Championships. The following awards are based on competition results:... Cannington Club Champion: Mujtaba Safdari (3 Gold, 2 Silver medals from 9 events in Kata and Kumite) Runner Up Club Champion: Cayden Standish (2 Gold, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze medal from 6 events in Kumite) Thanks again to Instructors: Senseis Grant Rollinson Wskf, Stuart Livingstone, Eric Truong, Sheela Rollinson, Mujtaba Safdari, Hansel Mado, Serena Vivian, Sam Theodorus, Eeva Saji and Cayden Standish, and Sempais Elva, Riddhi, Elda, Latika, Sohrab, Daniel, Almah, Mara, Esther, Jett and Logan. After our last class we enjoyed a delicious night out at the Ambassador Chinese Restaurant to relax and celebrate the year that was.
