04.01.2022 This is so so true! Who's to blame though? The grower has a product that supermarkets can put on their shelves and sell quickly. There are guidelines this grower has to abide by? Looks and colour of the product play a big part. As for taste?? Well... a tomato doesn't taste like a potato! Now, there is the fussy and very picky Consumer? After all, "I want the best for what I payed for!" Are we so ignorant and blinded by money??? It makes me wonder... because I'm pretty sure, that grower, wouldn't hesitate to send everything he grew? This is happening all over the world, not just America!
