20.01.2022 The only thing that's changed in these 3 years is that I've gotten a little bit bigger and some how whiter - There's probably about a 20kg+ difference in between these two pictures. Of course it's not all muscle but I'm confident in saying that a fair amount of it would be. Denser, rounder, bigger and muscle in just about all the right places is what is going to make the difference in your physique when it comes to showing it off. 08.01.2022 Rear Delt Machine Flyes superset w/ Banded Pull-Aparts. - Recorded the last set, went heavier on the flyes whilst still trying to maintain form then added another 10 partial reps on top to fully fatigue the target muscle. The pull-aparts were added on top to further push blood into the working muscle without taking it to complete failure. - Only doing 3 sets of these is enough to absolutely ruin your rear delts so try implement it in your workout regime.

In only a few months he's progressed from learning how to squat with a bar to a 70kg x 2 PR with good form! Very happy with how he's progressing; still progress to be made but he's come a long way from where he's started and for that I couldn't be more proud 100kg

05.01.2022 Rest-Pause Sets - Implemented a Rest-Pause set of 30 reps for Lying Leg Curls. This is just one of many intensity techniques that can be applied to your training to increase work output through increased time under tension. - Few key cues here were to drive my hips/glutes down into the bench and keep them in that position the whole time I performed this set.
