Although we loved you dearly, We could not make you stay. In such a short life of 32 years on this earth you have radiated positive vibrations around you for others, achieved your greatest self, lived out your purpose, and did it courageously. Don't just ask the question, be prepared for an answer that someone isn't doing too well, and educate yourself to know how to help. Suicide prevention starts in our homes - around the kitchen table; at work - at the water fountain, in the corridor, or in the tea room; and other spaces like in the locker room and even in the school... classroom. Let's remember that we're all in this together. In this ever increasing technologically connected world, we have never felt so isolated and alone. So let's look out for one another, and take notice of peoples' wellbeing changes. You could save a life just by asking a question, picking up the phone, showing genuine care and concern and by paying attention or showing interest. Let's not be too busy to care.
