Choc chickpea cookies Ingredients 1 can chickpeas (drained) 1 TBSP peanut butter 2 TBSP hemp seeds 1/2 C cashews 1/3 C maple syrup 1/2 TSP baking soda 1/2 C Almond meal 1 TSP cinnamon 1 scoop of @vivonue Vanilla Creme protein 1/4 C buckwheat flour 1/2 C choc chips! Method Blend all ingredients apart from the choc chips in a blender until it resembles cookie dough. If you have a small blender do the ingredients one at a time until combined.
