25.01.2022 Gobble Guts meals are created for babies from six months of age. We offer two meals sizes 130g meal for babies and toddlers from six months to two years and a 250g meal size for kids three to five years. Whilst some Gobble Guts meals contain grains that may be more difficult for babies to digest, all legumes and grains used in our meals are soaked prior to cooking, which helps reduce the amount of anti-nutrients. This increases the absorption of zinc, iron, magnesium and calcium and also makes it easier for your little one to digest the grain.

25.01.2022 Cauliflower is packed with vitamin C, which helps your little one absorb irona critical nutrient during the early stages of life. Cauliflower is also a great source of vitamins K and B and is rich in antioxidants that support your baby’s organ function and immune system. It’s also loaded with fibre which helps to improve your little one’s digestion and prevent constipation.... Cauliflower is in our A-Team!

23.01.2022 Don’t be fooled, Adaline was not enjoying the Canberra sun when this photo was taken. We just left the playground and she was laying down the law with an almighty tantrum. I tried to carry the wriggling screaming child back to the car (ages away) in my arms but in the end I had to put her down to give my arms a break. Reuben (3 yrs old) asked why I was taking this photo of her and I said cause it’s funny to which he responded no it’s not. Some days as a parent if you don...’t laugh you’ll cry. Thanks to all the parents who gave me kind sympathetic smiles on the way out, it made me realise I wasn’t alone on this crazy parenting journey.

09.01.2022 There are some things that are just meant to go together: sleep-ins and rainy days; a comfy chair and a good book; coffee and early mornings. Like these perfect combinations, vitamins C, A and the mineral iron are a match made in nutritional heaven. In many of our meals, we combine vitamins C and A with iron to enhance iron absorption. These superstar vitamins capture non-haem iron and store it in a form that's more easily absorbed by your little one’s body. Iron plays a vital role in your kid’s development, and assists them to maintain optimal energy levels to fuel their active days.

09.01.2022 An Australian study by Deakin University, Barwon Health and the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, has pinpointed a particular type of gut bacteria that may predict a child’s risk of future anxiety. They found children with a lower abundance of the bacteria Prevotella in their poo at 12 months of age, had a higher prevalence of anxiety-like behaviours, including shyness, sadness and an internal focus, an indicator they may be at higher risk of going on to develop childho...od anxiety. Growing evidence supports the idea that antibiotics, poor diet and other factors in the modern world are leading to the loss of our traditional gut bacteria, and in turn health problems. Said study leader Professor Peter Vuillermin. Click on the link below to learn more about this interesting study. https://www.deakin.edu.au//gut-bacteria-linked-to-anxiety-

05.01.2022 Did you know some baby and toddler meals available in the supermarket contain more water than any other ingredient! Some even contain surprising ingredients such as added sugar, which certainly isn’t something little palates and bodies need. As busy parents we want to make sure our kids are getting the most out of every mouthful, so we don’t add water or fillers to Gobble Guts meals. ... We also understand how difficult feeding your little ones can be, so we aim to maximise the number of nutrients your kids are consuming during every single meal. What you see is what you get! There are no hidden nasties to upset your little one’s tummies.
