23.01.2022 Sometimes things are getting out of our hands, and seems there is no hope. Its a really good time now to come back to the source, and love and take care of yourself and everyone around us. This is what makes us special as humans, and this is what gets us through, when times are crazy and confusing. Its a time, to redirect our energies to what is really important. Its the time to establish new habits, and a time to attend to what we have forgotten, because we never had enoug...h time. When times are tough, its when we learn the most valuable lessons in life. And by learning new lessons, we keep moving forward, and transforming our self and the world we live in. This is a good time to look around, and decide what we want to let go, and what we want to do better. 21.01.2022 One of my very first books, that got me to realise how we can use our subconscious mind to create change within and without ourselves. 'The Power of Your Subconscious Mind' written by Joseph Murphy Ph D.,D.D., Revised by Ian McMahan, PH. D. For me this book was such an eye opener, making me think beyond what we see. I taught me to use change the way i look at the world, and how i can utilise my mind to achieve the things i want to achieve in my life. It also explained how we ...attract challenges into our life, even if we were asking for the exact opposite. I bought this book 13 years ago, and still to this day it is one of my favourite books i refer to when i need guidance and inspiration. Here is an example from the book on the subject of how to attract money: quote Here is a simple technique you may use to multiply money in your experience. Use the following statements several times a day. I like money. I love it. I use it wisely, constructively, and judiciously. Money is constantly circulating in my life. 21.01.2022 Attracting Abundance, is that just a state of mind? More and more often we can see advertisements about changing your mindset and attracting more wealth into our lives. But is it really that easy? Perhaps you remember what happened to Tiger Woods a few years ago. He was a the Golf Super Star, he won pretty much every single tournament, he had this bright smile in his face, he was truly confident, and he was convinced that his life was absolutely perfect. Up until a massive sc...andal was revealed about his private life, where he was involved with a number of different woman. And then it all went down the hill for him really, his marriage broke down, some sponsors left him, and amazingly he didn't win the tournaments anymore. So how did this scandal affect his ability to win the games? I mean you don't unlearn your skills, just because you got involved with other women? Well, its simple, after everything was made public, Tiger Wood must have felt so ashamed, the bright smile went off his face, his confidence went, and self doubt became a major part in his game. Probably not easy going out to play the game in front of everybody that 'knew' what he did. So he was mentally not in a good place, which then affected his ability to win the games, which then decreased the ability to earn the same huge income as before the scandal. So what we learn out of this is that everything is connected, and more importantly how powerful our mind is, when we self sabotage our self constantly telling us we are 'not good enough' or 'we cant afford that'. Our mindset is the most important thing that chooses the direction of our path. If we are looking at the negatives all the time, then our mind will take us to a not so great outcome, but if we see the positive side to things, more and more often until it becomes a habit, then our subconscious mind will take us to much more rewarding and fulfilling outcome. The same is with attracting abundance, if we constantly look at our limitations, then we will never attract any wealth, health, love, happiness, etc into our life. 20.01.2022 Kids respond so well to hypnosis. They have such great imagination, it's so easy to bypass their critical factor, and they simply play along. Just the other day when my little man didn't want to eat his dinner because he had a sore belly. I told him I am pulling the pain out of his tummy, whilst making the right handmovements. He said , that it feels heaps better, and a couple of burps came out. And then he went back to the table and ate all his dinner. Absolutely amazing!

17.01.2022 Is it really the weight that you are unhappy with? I would like to suggest a new way of looking at your weight issue. What if i say that the real reason we are unhappy is, that we are not satisfied with our lifes, our relationships, our careers or work etc. But we just focus on the weight issue because we know this is possibly the one thing we should be in control of, right?! We should do the exercises and we should eat less and better food, etc, etc. The weight issue is the ...most obvious issue, right in our mirror everyday, the issue we can have a little giggle about, the issue a lot of others struggle with. The issue we can "blame" for so many other things that are not going well in our lifes. Because of my weight i have pains in my back, because of my weight i don't have energy , because of that weight i cant find a partner... When we reach a point where we are so deeply unhappy with ourselves, and we become depressed , low in energy, and overweight, its our mind calling out for help. Our bodies are designed to move around and perform physical activities, our brain is designed to solve problems, be creative, and find solutions, but if we don't use this potential, our mind becomes futile, we have no achievements, no ambitions, no motivation, our bodies getting lethargic, stiff and sore, leading into weight gain, chronic pains, depression, and illness. 15.01.2022 Its the time of the year again... ... its getting warmer, summer is coming and the skirts are getting shorter, and everyone is overjoyed. But it seems something is wrong, you kind of cant share the excitement, and actually you don't actually like summer that much. Because summer just holds pain and shame for you. 13.01.2022 You already know that mediation is really good for you! But then you never do it, right?! Just been talking to a friend this morning and it seems we are all in the same boat, we know there are thinks we "should" be doing, but we never get around to it. For once, we don't feel the urgency about mediating, like cleaning the dishes or showering everyday, so it makes it hard to get started. I mean really , if we don't meditate, what the worst that can happen?!... But once we do it on a regular basis, we can see how beneficial it is for us, how easy we can get into a meditative state of mind, how easy it is to focus and quieten down your mind. Does not need to take an hour to get some breakthrough results. Add 10 mins of daily meditation and you will see immediate and perhaps life changing benefits. Yep, I know, you are too busy, and you just can't quieten down your mind, and, and, and heard it all before, fear of failure, excuses, etc Here is the deal, you don't need to justify yourself to anybody, this is 100% to your own benefit. If you want to change things within yourself, do it! Mediation is not a competition, you can't lose if you tried! There is no one to judge you on your efforts or performance, it's your own mind that is standing in your way, holding you back. So here are a couple of tips to get you started: - Schedule a time in your diary for regular meditation. Set aside 10 mins, maybe in the morning, just after you get up, and before everyone else is awake. - Set up a special place for your mediation, with minimum distraction, but in a comfortable and enjoyable way. - Accept that you may be distracted to begin with by, noises around you, or your own thoughts taking you to a different place. That is absolutely normal, but with practise you will get better, and you will learn how to come back to your breathing. After a while distractions will get less and less. - Don't punish yourself more, buy telling yourself you should be doing some mediation. This will add more pressure and guilt, for not doing it. Instead tell yourself I look forward to the time when I am ready to mediate. I like the way Joe Dispenza looks at it. He said, that it is part of his morning routine, shower, brushing his teeth, mediation. Like you would never leave the house without a shower, he would never leave the house without mediating. 11.01.2022 I believe one of the most daunting things in life is to change the way we eat. We all seem to know that we ‘should’ be eating healthier foods, less carbs, more veggies, and we constantly keep talking about it, and even make fun about it, just because we want to hide behind the fact that we are incapable to do so. Eating, like other activities in our lives, are just habits that need to be updated sometimes. If we do a lot of sport when we are younger, then we can expect a cha...nge in our body a decade later, which means we won't be able to do as much sports anymore, perhaps we even have to find new ways to stay active, because our body is no longer in the physical condition to perform the same way as it did years ago. When it comes to eating, we associate certain tastes and the feelings on our tongue with a feeling of comfort and safety. Perhaps an association that was made in your childhood, when your Nanny gave you a piece of chocolate, to make you feel loved. This feeling is being stored in our subconscious mind, and of course today when we have a piece of chocolate, we can feel the same kind of comfort. The same way ‘Pizza night’ reminds you of a relaxed family gathering, releasing feelings of happiness and carelessness. But when it's time to let go of these habits, we are having trouble doing so, because at that moment we feel a loss of the feelings that certain foods ignite in us. So how can we overcome these feelings of loss, in order to establish a healthier way of eating? Hypnosis is one way to let go of old habits, and establish new ones. During a deep relaxed state of mind, we are able to directly access the subconscious mind, and replace old outdated habits with new, more beneficial ones. This is one of the quickest ways to overcome behaviours, and achieve a much more rewarding lifestyle for yourself. 11.01.2022 What crazy times we are in? We had bush fires, floods, now a pandemic? And all of that within just a few months??? Its hard to grasp, and seems somehow surreal, and its somehow crazy, buts its also frightening. ... A couple of days ago it hit me, i had a one day when the fear grabbed me. Just thinking about the virus, and how this could affect us, if it could actually loose any of our family and friends. But if that is not enough, we also have a much bigger thread on hand with our economy taking a turn for the worst. Will we have enough money to buy food? Will there be enough food? Should we prepare and buy a whole lot of stuff? I started experiencing this inner feeling of deep concern, like a knot in my tummy that simply wouldn't go away. That day my husband told me that China thing they kinda contained the virus, and it only took them 2 months. That was exactly what i needed to hear. I instantly felt better and much calmer. But once i was is a better state of mind, i was able to get things organised, and i was able to some work on myself again. I mediated, i did some tapping or EFT, i took some more vitamins for my immune system, and once i had done all of that i was in much better place. I started doing more research on the virus, which gave a me a sense of control. I found some figures, i listened to podcasts, so at least i am informed. I found all these things together, got me into a much better place. I mean yes time are uncertain, but we can physically and mentally prepare for it. Its ok to feel anxious and stressed about the future, but to recognise and act on it is the key, to deal with it when it hits. 09.01.2022 I love it when the animal spirits are coming out to help with my treatments. The other day whilst my client was under hypnosis, a couple of dragonfly's came to my screen door. They sat down for a rest, had a little dance in the air and then took off again. Here is a little description about the spiritual meaning of dragonfly's:... "In almost every part of the world, the Dragonfly symbolises change, transformation, adaptability, and self-realisation. The change that is often referred to has its source in mental and emotional maturity and understanding the deeper meaning of life. ... The Dragonfly moves with elegance and grace." 09.01.2022 Still sceptical about an online therapy session? With the current requirements, more and more therapists are moving their treatments online, achieving same and often even better results then in a face to face therapy session. 07.01.2022 For the very first time my 4 year old boy told me a story this morning from one of his his past lifes. It was so exciting to listen to everything he remembered. Whilst many of us seem to believe that some extraordinarily skills are required to remember past lifes, its actually quite common for children to still have those memories until we as parent tell them, there is no such thing. 03.01.2022 Treating Pain with Hypnosis! ...Nonsense , i hear you say:)... I am not joking. In fact hypnosis can achieve the most miraculous transformations, releasing chronic pains for good, and never to return. I know it does seem a bit ... well, out there, but here are a couple of reasons why this will be absolutely achievable. Firstly, you can reset your pain threshold to higher level, simple right! i think so!... Secondly, mostly our pains are related to some kind of beliefs, emotions etc that create the pain in your body in order to draw your attention to that part in your life. For example when grief is mostly felt in your chest area, right where your heart chakra is. It can cause a tight chest, making breathing difficult, casing insomnia, because you cant get enough oxygen into your body for a restful sleep. a tight chest can pull your shoulders forward, and then create a back pain. The great news is you can use hypnosis to investigate where your pain is really coming from, and once you know, you can simply release it. I had my own experience with pain, just after i had my beautiful boy i started having severe upper back pain. Ever mother has a sore back, right? There was this one point where it all seem to come from, that point was just below my left shoulder, exactly under my heart chakra. For about 2 years i had weekly massages, thai massages, and always asked for the strongest massage you can have. I had a 90 kg thai guy walk on my back, which was at the time excruciating, but felt great once the massage was over:) Anyway the pain never shifted, every week i went back for my massage, and i was right where i was the week before. I went to see my friend for a therapy session, and together i found out that it was the feeling of guilt stuck in that exact spot. I would have never picked that, i thought it was grief because someone in the family had passed away, and that all made sense to me. So i felt guilty bringing this innocent being into this world, even though i had no idea what i was doing, and would think i am gonna do the wrong thing and stuff up his life basically. I would have never picked that, but my subconscious mind revealed the real reason to me, and once we had figured it out, we released the guilt, and the pain, and ever since that time i never felt this pain ever again. 01.01.2022 Not too much relaxation, but lots of decluttering this Sunday! And it feels amazing! Finally my mind can rest, and I don't need to invest more energy into thinking what still has to be done. Decluttering your garage is just as good as dealing with old behaviours or emotions, once you tidy up your stuff and sell some you feel much lighter and maybe even make few dollars. Letting go of old things feels amazing, and frees up space and energy.... In the ancient philosophy of feng shui, they believe if the energy can move freely through your place, it can bring abundance, contentment, calmness and much more to your life.
