The ECHO Program incorporates the ECHO Challenge, encouraging community involvement in the process of developing individuals where community members can volunteer to support the ECHO program. ... We recognise that people have skills, abilities, areas of expertise, a keen willingness to contribute in supporting young people through difficult times, to promote generosity, acceptance and kindness in communities.
