24.01.2022 Yes, you’ve heard us say it before but we need to take back pain seriously! Back pain has become the second greatest burden on the health and well-being of Australians. A new study shows it’s moved up the rankings to overtake Stroke and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. Overall, the study showed our health improved from 2003-2015 but more than one-third of Australia’s disease burden is preventable through a healthier lifestyle. #Loveyourspine #backhealth

17.01.2022 Did you know back pain is second only to catching a cold when it comes to Australia’s most common illness/condition? A recent Roy Morgan survey found nearly 8 million people suffer from back pain.
