24.01.2022 [NEWS] Gridiron Australia in conjunction with its member states will team up with Bring it on Sports and the Central Coast Council to deliver the 2020 Gridiron ...Australia National Championships. For the first time, the event will include both the Women’s and Men’s championships and bring over 600 athletes from around Australia together for a eight-day tournament. The event will take place in NSW at Central Coast Stadium 29 May - June 7 2020. It is set to be the biggest gridiron tournament in Australia’s history. 20.01.2022 GAME DAY! Getting underway this Saturday with round 9 of the Gridiron Queensland regular season. The Gold Coast Stingrays are hosting once again and it promises... to be an action packed day. All 4 of our teams are playing at home on the #1 field at Nerang Roosters Rugby League Club. Our Juniors and Colts, both undefeated, are up against the Brisbane Rhinos Gridiron Football Club. Our Men’s team are taking on the Logan City Bears Gridiron and the Women’s team play the Griffith University Thunder. On field #2 at 5pm the Brisbane Rhinos Gridiron Football Club go up against Griffith University Gridiron Football Again we welcome back Jersey Mike's Subs to keep us fed during the day. The Gold Coast Stingrays Gridiron Football Club's Annual General Meeting is schedu...led to be held at the Glennon Park, Leagues Club Drive, Nerang, on Saturday the 15th of February 2020 at 10:00am. All are welcome to attend. The meeting will be conducted as per the constitution of the Gold Coast Stingrays Gridiron Football Club Inc. All executive positions will be open and vacant for the election of the 2020 executive committee. All current and financial members of the club are eligible and invited to stand for a position and/or vote for a nominated candidate. Persons interested in taking on a role on the committee, are encouraged to please email your nomination 2 weeks prior to the meeting to [email protected] , nominations must be received no later than COB 31 January 2020. Due to Covid restrictions, sign-on day is going to be a little bit different this year but we are going to our best to run th...ings as smoothly as possible. We’re just happy to be getting back on the field again, meeting old friends and making new ones. About sign-on day:- When? SATURDAY 11 July 2020. 10am-2pm Where? Glennon Park At rugby league field #2. Enter Glennon Park via Leagues Club Drive, Nerang (just off Lawrence Drive) What you need to do:- You will be required to go to our website, www.gcstingrays.org.au And navigate to the sign-on page and download and print the registration form from the link on that page. Under 18 y/o will need a parent/guardian signature On the registration form and a copy of your proof hof age. You will be required bring this filled out form with your registration fee payment in full to the equipment shed at the field. You can pay cash or you can pay with your card (Yes, we have card payment facilities). We have done our best to reduce the fees to help you all in this difficult time, fees are listed on the registration form. Unfortunately we will not have any payment plans available this year. There are going to be some changes to how things operate at trainings and games this year due to the COVID SAFE PLAN that we have to enforce, but you can be confident that we will give you the best football experience that we can.
