The requirement to commence construction on a new home has now been changed to 6 months from the date of contract. 06.01.2022 http:// Shipwreck Cove Announcement // As we are fast approaching the warmer months, we will be re-applying our shade sails to keep our community's younger pirates and mermaids safe from the sun while they enjoy our park. To ensure this is conducted as safely and efficiently as possible, Shipwreck Playground and Toddler Play Area at Shipwreck Cove will be CLOSED this Saturday 10th October from 7am, and is anticipated to re-open at 3pm on the same day.... Please note that our BMX Track, Scooter Track and all other areas of the park will be open for use! 04.01.2022 The First Home Loan Deposit Scheme has been extended! The Australian Government have announced an additional 10,000 places are now available until 30 June 2021, providing eligible first home buyers with continued support to enter the property market. With the scheme, first home buyers can obtain a loan to build or buy a newly built home with a deposit as low as five per cent*! ...
