24.01.2022 These beauties spotted this morning @ the Farm gate markets. Did you know peonies are used in Chinese Herbal medicine? We use Bai Shao, (white peony) and Chi Shao (red peony) root. It's a wonderful womens medicinal and used in many of our formulas for many different presentations. Plus the flowers are so beautiful, and smell amazing too! Happy sunny Sunday!

23.01.2022 Thanks for the article Sarah Everyday I learn something new about Chinese Medicine. It is deep, simple, complex, subtle and powerful all at once. Everyday I am improving my understanding, knowledge and skills. A bachelor degree is merely the foundation. I've been in practice over 4 years now, and I am grateful for every year, everyday, every patient, every moment. I started in Nepal, volunteering, moved to Darwin to work alongside a team of amazing allied health professiona...ls, started my own Chinese Medicine clinic and now weaving into specialising in Chinese Herbal medicine. 23.01.2022 A great read, and a powerful time to set some intentions and action steps to bring them into fruition. "January 25, 2020 is the start of the Chinese Year of the White Rat (or Mouse). The Rat is the first animal in the Chinese Zodiac system and this is the beginning of a completely new 12-year and 60-year cycle and is therefore considered the beginning of a new era. It is also the start of another decade, all of which makes it an important year for new beginnings and new possibilities. It is time to bring out new ideas, new plans and say yes to new opportunities. It is a good year for reinvention and starting over."
