19.01.2022 To our loyal clients, One hundred days ago, we sent our teams home to be with their families and isolate due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Our international borders closed, and the number of cases in Australia began to rise. Toilet paper left our supermarket shelves faster than a flying Concorde jet, and airlines wrapped their planes to sleep for another shining day. Since then, our Corporate team have been cancelling and rescheduling trips and liaising with airlines, who ...are processing hundreds of thousands of refunds. The process has been slow, and we thank you for your patience and understanding. Importantly, we have been planning for the near and slightly further future - full of memorable, international travel. We have also undertaken intensive training, and to date have spent over 20 hours developing our knowledge of international and domestic product offerings. This training ensures we can continue to provide an outstanding service to you, our clients - the service that brought to you Goldman Travel in the first place. We are experiencing a slight increase in demand for corporate travel and whilst we don’t know when international borders will open, we ask for your support when considering your personal domestic Australia and New Zealand holidays in the short term. Nothing is too small for us to book for you - be it a one-night staycation or a school holiday hiatus. We have strong relationships with local hotels and homes, meaning your Advisor is, as ever, your best point of contact for all things travel. We have a very energised leisure team who are able to assist you as well. Travel is in our blood. It runs thick in our veins. We can’t wait to re-plan your corporate travels soon.
