09.01.2022 Intro to Self Protection - FREE 6 week course for Police, Ambos, Nurses. There's a lot of anger towards our Police, Ambos and Nurses at the moment. I'm not claiming to have all the answers for dealing with what you have to each day. I just want to offer what I can to have our first responders more confident and able to carry out their role. ... This course will cover some basics in conflict management, pre conflict cues, strikes, defences, maintaining control and wrestling. A BJJ guest instructor will attend to assist with the wrestling component. Our friend Jack Cox from Northern Beaches jiu jitsu. Wednesday nights 7pm-8:30pm for 6 weeks. Start date and times to be confirmed. Please contact me through messenger if you are interested or have any questions.
