01.01.2022 I’ve been using red light therapy for several years for many reasons including Increased oxygen production Healing ... Increase anti-oxidant defense Collagen production Circadian rhythm Muscle Recovery You can’t beat the rays of the sun but we often spend more time indoors exposed to artificial blue light from harsh overhead lighting, computers monitors, phones and TVs. There are many red light therapies that I’ve used on the market and I currently have 5 red light therapies at home. Red Light Rising is a great panel due to its length (it’s longer than other panels I’ve used) and the most powerful meaning that I don’t have to spend as much time in front of it. The Joovv is not as powerful or as large as Red Light Rising but the advantage here is a timer. I often go into a deep meditative state so a timer is handy to snap me back out once the session is done. Joov is more expensive than the Red Light Rising, making the latter a little more appealing. The Flex Beam is a one-of-a kind because you can wrap this around your shoulder, back, neck, abdomen or anywhere you want to target specifically without having to stay in one position. I often multi-task or work while wearing it. It also has 3 settings for superficial such as skin, thyroid or injury. My go-to for travel is the Joov Go. This is a very small panel but useful when I travel to a different time zone/country. This helps me get into my new time zone providing restorative red light to my retina when spending most of my time indoors. Clearlight Sauna The full spectrum Infrared heaters in my Clearlight Saunas warm the body in the same manner as natural sunlight. Infrared heat therapy uses the wavelength of the visible and non-visible light spectrum of sunlight that heats the body in the same manner as natural sunlight. I generally use my infrared sauna 3-5 times per week followed by an ice bath. . Every since using the above methods, I recover much better from my workouts, HRV data has improved, I’m calmer, sleep cycles are netter, less inflammation, metal toxicity has decreased and my skin looks noticeably better. .
