If I have to think of a something to represent Melbourne I would certainly think of coffee. This chocolate is not shy in flavor and will hit you with a double caffeine dose, just how you like it.... @vertuecoffee and myself been working on this project where we pair a single origin coffee bean with a single origin cocoa bean. This translates in Liqudambar - Honduras Coffee and Makira Gold - Solomon Islands Cocoa. Melbourne's love affair with coffee can be traced back to the arrival of Italian and Greek immigrants after World War II. As a generation of migrants brought their beloved European-style espresso machines to Melbourne, the espresso boom of the 1950s soon became a way of life. Let’s Melbourne Again, please. @thirunaidoo
