09.01.2022 This Openn Negotiation thing is brilliant.... We launched the first property EVER to be sold in Albany using this technique on Monday afternoon. First bid Tuesday, and 8 enquiries by Thursday. Whats more, our buyers will be overseas during the final bidding stage (but all they need is phone/internet reception to be able to bid via the app.) I have also been contacted by a buyer who is interested and willing to commit to this process but is not comfortable at a conventional auction. So, ticking a few boxes so far... We are excited. Looking forward to the first home open on Saturday......
