17.01.2022 Our kindy children watched the rain whilst sitting on the bikes waiting for it to stop, we decided to talk about the purpose of rain. We got very interesting feedback from everyone, - "it helps the plants to grow super big" Atasha points out.... - "It's helping our passion fruit tree to grow", Charlie states. "I love passion fruit and berries and strawberries". - "The ducks will be hiding from the rain", Ollie says. Maybe or they might be using the rain for bath time and wash their feathers and making them nice and clean in the lake'. What did you get up to for your rainy day?

16.01.2022 Our beautiful Nursery children last week enjoying the sunshine with a sensory activity! This outdoor experience was with wet sand, animals and wooden shapes. You can see from their little faces how much they enjoyed this activity <3

15.01.2022 Last Friday in our Kindy room it was Pirate Day! The children made pirate flags and their own pirate hats to wear on their treasure hunt! The children had to follow the clues on the treasure map and navigated their way around the yard, working together to finally dig up the treasure!

This has been a big year for everyone at our centre and we were hoping you would join us in celebrating this in a special way this year. Early Childhood Educators Day happens to coincide with the start of spring and what better way to show our appreciation than saying it with FLOWERS!... Wed love to fill the centre with some springtime joy and ask if you could possibly bring some greenery or flowers in on the day, for our centre or for the educators in your childs room. It doesnt matter whether they are from a shop, from your garden or from the side of the road they will surely put a smile on the faces of our educators! 03.01.2022 The story of Goodstart Clarkson Janelle Smith one of our beautiful parents, kindly created this artwork for us as a part of our cultural week 6th-10th July. This work was a collaboration between the children and educators of the Center and Janelle. The central symbol shows our Center as a meeting place, the horse shoe shapes surrounding this symbolise the educators and the hands represent the children and families coming to us from the community. ... We will proudly showcase this in our Centre as a meeting place where we can come together and give our acknowledgement to country every day! Thanks again Janelle :)
